In early March, bank employees will move to their new offices and the bank branch will open. The UniCredit Leasing offices will follow shortly thereafter.<\/p>\n<p>The project developer of <strong>Nov\u00e1 Karolina,<\/strong> located near Masaryk Square in the center of Ostrava, is a&nbsp;joint venture between PASSERINVEST GROUP, Gemo Olomouc and Multi Development Czech Republic. The project covers an area of 32 hectares and offers not only a&nbsp;shopping and entertainment center, but also modern new offices and apartments. Current tenants include companies such as \u010cesk\u00e1 spo\u0159itelna and ABB \u010cR.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p><strong>About Nov\u00e1 Karolina Park project<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The <strong>Nov\u00e1 Karolina Park<\/strong> office building is comprised of six storeys offering nearly 24,600&nbsp;m<sup>2<\/sup> of prime office space, plus a&nbsp;ground floor featuring 3,700&nbsp;m<sup>2<\/sup> of space suitable for shops, services and dining. The subterreanean level provides 280 parking spaces intended for building users.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0Nov\u00e1 Karolina Park has been certified by BREEAM, the prestigious British certification methodology for green buildings. The architectural design of the project is by V\u00edt M\u00e1slo and David R. Chisholm of CMC Architects.
