PASSERINVEST GROUP, the leading Czech developer and investment company, has successfully completed its acquisition of the ALPHA Building at BB Centrum in Prague. PASSERINVEST GROUP acquired this modern office building, with a leasable area of 12,500\u202fm2<\/sup>, through a buy-back from the investment company INVESCO Real Estate. The transaction includes the relocation of Microsoft. Financing for the acquisition was provided by Komer\u010dn\u00ed banka.<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u00a0<\/p>\n

The ALPHA Building, consisting of 4 underground and 8 aboveground storeys, was designed by Aul\u00edk Fi\u0161er Architects and completed in 2003. It is currently one of sixteen buildings at BB Centrum. It\u2019s curved southwest fa\u00e7ade is exceptionally striking, as well as its large interior atrium with a negative vertical slope extending through all eight floors. The ALPHA Building has a roof garden like other BB Centrum buildings, with mature greenery, a terrace and relaxation areas with benches. Its tenants include Microsoft, Huawei, DKV and \u010cEZ.<\/p>\n
