Budova G is part of the multifunctional facility BB Centrum, whose tenants include such companies as Royal Canin, Mars, Wrigley, Fiat and SII.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The intimately conceived <a href=\"http:\/\/www.bbcentrum.cz\/cs\/projekty\/budovag\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Budova G,<\/a> offering offices and business premises on four above-ground floors with a&nbsp;leasable area of 5500&nbsp;m<sup>2<\/sup>, was designed by the architectural studio ATELIER 8000 and was completed in 2013. BREEAM certification ensures a&nbsp;high standard of good practice in sustainable construction and is a&nbsp;measure of recognition for the quality of the building with regards to the environment. The Very Good certificate level confirms that this, the sixteenth building in Prague\u2019s <a href=\"http:\/\/www.bbcentrum.cz\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">BB Centrum,<\/a> is respectful not only to the environment but also to people who work in it.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cBudova G received this very high certification rating mainly due in part to the building construction management, thanks to the materials used and their effective utilisation, recycling and technological environmentally friendliness, transport accessibility, as well as the waste handling solution and energy use, and health protection and creating a&nbsp;pleasant working environment,\u201d said Petr Dobu\u0161, project manager, PASSERINVEST GROUP, a.s.<\/p>\n<p>Out of a&nbsp;total of 5,137&nbsp;m<sup>2<\/sup> of office space, more than 60% is currently leased. The ground floor consists of 1,263&nbsp;m<sup>2<\/sup> of retail space, and there is only one vacant unit remaining.
