A&nbsp;total of 20 guests participated in the informal meeting combined with a&nbsp;tour and introduction of the Nov\u00e1 Karolina Park project in the centre of Ostrava. They not only had the opportunity to see the new spaces of the office building, but also to participate in an interesting discussion.<\/p>\n<p>Members of the Rotary Club, a&nbsp;world-wide organisation uniting leading personalities from business and professional circles, accepted Radim Passer\u2019s invitation for an exclusive meeting connected with a&nbsp;debate on the construction development of office centres and an introduction to his life story. They discussed Radim Passer\u2019s experiences with the construction of office buildings, which he acquired while building the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.novakarolinapark.cz\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Nov\u00e1 Karolina Park<\/a> office centre and, primarily, during the creation and continuing development of the unique multifunctional <a href=\"http:\/\/www.bbcentrum.cz\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">BB Centrum<\/a> complex in Prague &#8211; Michle, and about trends in construction and ethics in business.<\/p>\n<p>During the subsequent guided tour the members of the Rotary Clubs got a&nbsp;detailed look at the spaces of the Nov\u00e1 Karolina Park building and joined into a&nbsp;professional discussion concerning the suitability of the location, the easy traffic accessibility and the excellent offer of additional services and the emphasis on the extensive greenery throughout the project. \u201cI am pleased that the members of the Rotary Clubs accepted our invitation to the Nov\u00e1 Karolina Park building that, thanks to its open and accessible atrium, is seen as a&nbsp;gateway from the historic city centre to the newly-urbanised Karolina area,\u201d stated Radim Passer, the Chairman of the Board of PASSERINVEST GROUP, a. s., adding, \u201cI was very happy to answer the guests\u2019 questions concerning the current concept of a&nbsp;modern office space, with its high efficiency, and to discuss the advantages that these spaces bring in comparison to the past.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>For more information and photographs in print quality please contact:<\/p>\n<p>Mgr.
