In addition to its branch, situated on 125 m2 on the ground floor by the entrance to the building\u2019s inner courtyard from the main thoroughfare, 28.&nbsp;\u0159\u00edjna Street, the Health Insurance Company of the Czech Ministry of the Interior (ZP MV \u010cR) has also leased 570 m2 of offices. The Czech Industrial Health Insurance Company (\u010cPZP) has also opened its branch on 68 m2 on the ground floor of the northern part of the building in the direction of the shopping centre.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Thus the Nov\u00e1 Karolina Park office building has the last free retail unit available on an area of 86&nbsp;m<sup>2<\/sup>\u00a0and 2600&nbsp;m<sup>2<\/sup>\u00a0of office space. The offer of services in the building has increased and now tenants and their employees as well as the general public can find a&nbsp;pharmacy, branches and ATMs of important banks, a&nbsp;shop for photo\/video technology Megapixel, a&nbsp;beauty salon and cosmetic studio, a&nbsp;cafeteria, caf\u00e9 and dispensary of the Notino and Zoot e-shops.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Nov\u00e1 Karolina Park is located right in the centre of Ostrava in the urbanised Nov\u00e1 Karolina area close to Masarykova n\u00e1m\u011bst\u00ed.
