In June of this year, the company, <\/strong><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.newps.cz\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">NEWPS.CZ<\/a><\/strong><strong>, a&nbsp;specialist and innovator in IT processes, digitalisation, and access security, will be moving into its renovated administrative space. The office space of 1,000 m2 on the second floor will be precisely adapted to the requirements of the company, who prefers practical and cosy offices in a&nbsp;pleasantly colourful combination with wood and glass. The offices will be complemented by a&nbsp;relaxation zone with direct access to a&nbsp;private terrace. Budova B completion is planned for May, currently offering a&nbsp;remainder of 6,600&nbsp;m<sup>2<\/sup> of administrative space and 942&nbsp;m<sup>2<\/sup> of retail space.<\/strong><strong><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u201c<i>As a&nbsp;tenant, we\u2019re definitely not an easy client in terms of our requirements. Nevertheless, we were able to negotiate conditions that are convenient to both parties with Passerinvest Group representatives, and I&nbsp;am convinced that our new offices will give our company new energy and a&nbsp;much-needed change. We\u2019re looking forward to becoming a&nbsp;part of the complex and being able to utilise of all of the advantages that our new offices will offer, because, as the owner of our company said at his first tour of the BB Centrum: \u201cThe only thing left is to have a&nbsp;notary here, and we\u2019ve got everything\u2026,<\/i>\u201c says Ing. Martin \u0158eho\u0159ek, Director of NEWPS.CZ.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Budova B has a&nbsp;total of 15,600&nbsp;m<sup>2<\/sup>of rental space in 8 above-ground floors, 1,240&nbsp;m<sup>2<\/sup> of retail space on the ground floor, and 250 underground parking spaces. The comprehensive modernisation of Budova B also gives it a&nbsp;new, earth-toned ceramic fa\u00e7ade and a&nbsp;grand, walk-through reception area connected to an open public atrium with a&nbsp;garden and direct access to the retail area.
