The project had an excellent showing in two categories &#8211; it won in the Real Estate category and also came in third in the category of Best Distribution of Company Content.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Each year, the F\u00e9nix content marketing competition hands out awards in the area of content marketing, where it recognises the creativity, idea and overall quality of the concrete project. The award always goes to both the client and the project developer, by which F\u00e9nix also rewards the quality of the cooperation leading to results of excellence. There were a&nbsp;total of 173 applicants in 30 different categories in this year\u2019s 7<sup>th<\/sup> annual awards. The jury, comprised of 36 judges, evaluated them in two rounds.<\/p>\n<p>PASSERINVEST GROUP, a.s. managed to succeed in two categories. Its multimedia showroom entitled BB Centroom, which is used, for example, for the presentation of BB Centrum, won in the Real Estate category and the jury also gave it third place in the category of Best Distribution of Company Content. \u201c<i>I am very pleased that the jury awarded our innovative approach to the presentation of company content through a&nbsp;unique multimedia room, which gives the visitors the feeling that they are part of a&nbsp;real environment.<\/i><i> Thanks to our BB Centroom, we are able to very clearly present the current condition and future development of BB Centrum to those interested from the ranks of our clients, professionals, students and the general public and it is possible, in just a&nbsp;few short minutes, to virtually visit the sports facilities, school, parks and playgrounds all in one place or to offer office or retail spaces to interested parties,\u201d <\/i>Krist\u00fdna Samkov\u00e1, Head of PR&nbsp;and Marketing of Passerinvest\u00a0Group,\u00a0a.s., remarked on the awards.<\/p>\n<p>The results of this year\u2019s F\u00e9nix content marketing awards were announced on 30 July 2020.
