Number one on the domestic market with cycling and sporting goods, it will be leasing retail spaces with an area of 274&nbsp;m<sup>2<\/sup> facing busy Vysko\u010dilova Street on the ground floor of the newly-reconstructed office Building B. The attractive location by the main road in the heart of BB Centrum and also in the catchment area in the vicinity of important traffic arteries was one of the decisive criteria when selecting the locality for the new unit. The owner of the building is the development company Passerinvest Group.<\/strong><strong><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Since its introduction to the market in 2015, the company bikero.cz, founded by a&nbsp;group of sporting enthusiasts, has developed into the leading brand for the sale of bikes and sporting goods in the Czech Republic. It offers quality cycling and skiing equipment, advanced technologies and premium service for a&nbsp;perfect sports experience. With bikero, the season never ends, you just need to switch bikes to a&nbsp;different terrain. <i>\u201cAt our new address in BB Centrum, customers can look forward to a&nbsp;selection of brand-name bikes such as BMC, Focus Mondraker, CTM, Author and many others.<\/i><i> There is also a&nbsp;selection of Woom and Kubikes children\u2019s bikes and you can also find quality service from smiling professional personnel, who will be pleased to help you with anything you need. We like BB Centrum because of its size and perfect facilities, and we are very pleased to become part of this unique living organism<\/i>,\u201d stated Martin Kudrna, the Director of bikero.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Building B has 8 storeys with a&nbsp;total of 15,600&nbsp;m<sup>2<\/sup> of office space and 1240&nbsp;m<sup>2<\/sup> of retail space. Following the extensive reconstruction completed last June, it ranks among category A&nbsp;office buildings. It offers an atrium with water features, greenery and benches connected to a&nbsp;new public space, n\u00e1m\u011bst\u00ed Ellen G. Whiteov\u00e9.
