The entrepreneur Simona Otavov\u00e1 and Passerinvest Group a.s. (hereinafter referred to as \u201cPasserinvest\u201d) have realised an off-market transaction of commercial real estate for \u010cer\u010dansk\u00e1 2023\/12 in Prague 4, where the Directorate-General of the state-funded Directorate of Roads and Motorways of the Czech Republic is currently located. Simona Otavov\u00e1 acquired the property for her portfolio in 2018. Passerinvest and Mrs. Otavov\u00e1 executed a sales transaction for 100% of the company’s share of the property in question over 2 months, agreeing that the value of the transaction would not be disclosed. With this acquisition, Passerinvest has expanded its portfolio of commercial properties in the interesting area of Prague 4 and Prague 11, in which it acts as a long-term urban builder and investor.<\/p>\n
