The bonds bear a&nbsp;variable yield linked to 3M EURIBOR with a&nbsp;margin of 4.50% per annum and they are secured by a&nbsp;guarantee declaration by the parent company PASSERINVEST GROUP, a.s. PASSERINVEST FINANCE, a.s. plans to use the proceeds of the issue for the financing of new group projects, the refinancing of its debt and the intracompany financing of the entire PASSERINVEST group.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The leading joint managers of the issue are Raiffeisenbank, a.s. and UniCredit Bank Czech Republic and Slovakia, a.s.<\/p>\n<p>\u201c<i>Despite increasing uncertainty and high volatility not only on capital markets linked to rising inflation rates and the growth of risk premiums, we are pleased with the interest on the part of investors who appreciate the financial strength and stability of PASSERINVEST group<\/i>,\u201d stated Ond\u0159ej Plocek, the group\u2019s CFO.<\/p>\n<p>\u201c<i>This is our third public bond issue since 2014.
