(hereinafter referred to as Passerinvest), started the construction of a&nbsp;new tennis complex for the Tenisov\u00fd klub LTC 1927 Praha \u2013 Michle, which will be located on Pek\u00e1rensk\u00e1 street in Prague &#8211; Michle. It will include 8 courts with a&nbsp;deluxe club room, including facilities for players and caretakers. A&nbsp;parking lot for visitors and modern technical facilities for maintenance are also envisaged. The construction is planned to be completed in December of this year; the complex will be opened to the public in the spring of 2024. The owner and administrator of the complex will be Tenisov\u00fd klub LTC Praha \u2013 Michle, z.s.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<i>\u201c<\/i><i>We\u2019re very glad that the plan for the new tennis complex is being realised. After 50 years of operating in a&nbsp;space located at the intersection of Vysko\u010dilova and Michelsk\u00e1 streets, we\u2019re beginning a&nbsp;new phase in the existence of our club. We\u2019re looking forward to welcoming the current and new members in the spring of next year, as well as the youth and other tennis enthusiasts from the public in a&nbsp;representative environment that meets the most demanding requirements,\u201d <\/i>commented Milan Nov\u00e1k, Chairman of TK LTC Praha \u2013 Michle, z.s.<\/p>\n<p>The area of the existing tennis courts, the location of which no longer satisfied the further development and modernisation of the tennis club, will be used as part of a&nbsp;planned project of the Passerinvest Group, which will offer civic amenities, housing and offices.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><i>&#8220;When the opportunity to buy the former parking lot of the Michle bakery arose in 2015, we did not hesitate to make the LTC Tennis Club an offer that the membership base was happy to accept. It is therefore a&nbsp;pleasure that we can work toward a&nbsp;common goal \u2013 building a&nbsp;facility that will benefit its members and the public. We always sincerely welcome all the possibilities of expanding sports, leisure and cultural activities in the vicinity of Brumlovka. It is construction that is in line with our long-term plan to comprehensively develop the entire site in order to offer a&nbsp;balanced offer of civic amenities, housing, offices and leisure opportunities.
