Samoz\u0159ejm\u011b nelze odpov\u011bdn\u011b odhadnout, zda tento trend neovlivn\u00ed aktu\u00e1ln\u00ed pandemie, nicm\u00e9n\u011b historick\u00e1 data z&nbsp;obdobn\u00fdch situac\u00ed nazna\u010duj\u00ed, \u017ee nelze o\u010dek\u00e1vat zastaven\u00ed p\u0159\u00edlivu lid\u00ed do m\u011bst, tedy ani do Prahy. V&nbsp;p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b \u010cR by to znamenalo n\u00e1r\u016fst obyvatelstva m\u011bst o&nbsp;zhruba 10 %, tedy cca o&nbsp;1 milion, respektive o&nbsp;1,2 milionu lid\u00ed, vezmeme-li v&nbsp;\u00favahu demografick\u00fd r\u016fst po\u010dtu obyvatel \u010cR vypl\u00fdvaj\u00edc\u00ed ze studie demografie 2050 p\u0159edstaven\u00e9 v&nbsp;lo\u0148sk\u00e9m roce. Hlavn\u00ed m\u011bsto Praha, spole\u010dn\u011b s&nbsp;dal\u0161\u00edmi krajsk\u00fdmi m\u011bsty, trvale l\u00e1k\u00e1 svou atraktivitou v\u011bt\u0161\u00ed p\u0159\u00edliv obyvatel ne\u017eli m\u011bsta men\u0161\u00ed. Lze tedy o\u010dek\u00e1vat, \u017ee se t\u011bchto 1,2 milionu \u201enov\u00fdch obyvatel m\u011bst\u201c rozd\u011bl\u00ed velk\u00fdm d\u00edlem pr\u00e1v\u011b mezi v\u00fdznamn\u00e1 \u010desk\u00e1 m\u011bsta v&nbsp;\u010dele s&nbsp;hlavn\u00edm m\u011bstem Prahou. Fenom\u00e9n urbanizace populace vedl k&nbsp;p\u0159ehodnocov\u00e1n\u00ed strategick\u00fdch pl\u00e1n\u016f m\u011bst. Nap\u0159\u00edklad pro Prahu byla p\u016fvodn\u00ed p\u0159edpokl\u00e1dan\u00e1 pot\u0159eba 5,5 tis\u00edc nov\u00fdch byt\u016f ro\u010dn\u011b nav\u00fd\u0161ena na 8\u201313 tis\u00edc byt\u016f. Jak se ov\u0161em m\u00e1 m\u011bsto vypo\u0159\u00e1dat s&nbsp;pot\u0159ebou dvojn\u00e1sobn\u00e9 v\u00fdstavby byt\u016f, a&nbsp;z\u00e1rove\u0148 se vyhnout o\u017eehav\u00e9mu t\u00e9matu obecn\u00e9ho odporu k&nbsp;v\u00fdstavb\u011b jako takov\u00e9, co\u017e nen\u00ed jen \u010deskou, chceteli pra\u017eskou, specialitou? V\u017edy\u0165 s&nbsp;probl\u00e9mem obecn\u00e9ho odporu k&nbsp;v\u00fdstavb\u011b se pot\u00fdk\u00e1 cel\u00fd modern\u00ed sv\u011bt, ale p\u0159itom se stav\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p><strong>POKUD DNES V\u00ddSTAVBU JAKKOLI OMEZ\u00cdME, BUDEME MUSET BRZY STAV\u011aT BUDOVY P\u011aTIN\u00c1SOBN\u011a VELK\u00c9<\/strong><br \/>Zkusme p\u0159ipustit, \u017ee si p\u0159ejeme rozvoj m\u011bsta, nikoli jeho \u00fapadek, a&nbsp;tak\u00e9 to, \u017ee i&nbsp;ostatn\u00ed maj\u00ed pr\u00e1vo bydlet v&nbsp;Praze, tedy, \u017ee je pot\u0159eba na jej\u00edm \u00fazem\u00ed vystav\u011bt alespo\u0148 10 tis\u00edc byt\u016f ro\u010dn\u011b. V&nbsp;d\u016fsledku toho nezbyde ne\u017e nechat Prahu rozr\u016fstat do \u0161irok\u00e9ho okol\u00ed, co\u017e je drah\u00e9 a&nbsp;neudr\u017eiteln\u00e9, nebo m\u011bsto tzv.&nbsp;recyklovat. Star\u0161\u00ed domy se pak budou muset strhnout a&nbsp;m\u00edsto nich vyrostou objekty nepom\u011brn\u011b v\u011bt\u0161\u00ed, resp. vy\u0161\u0161\u00ed. Pro va\u0161i p\u0159edstavu, ne\u00faprosn\u00e1 ekonomika v\u00fdstavby vytv\u00e1\u0159\u00ed koeficient recyklace m\u011bsta na minim\u00e1ln\u00ed \u00farovni 1:5. Tedy ka\u017ed\u00e9 zbouran\u00e9 patro byt\u016f mus\u00ed b\u00fdt nahrazeno nejm\u00e9n\u011b 5 patry nov\u00fdmi, aby byly nov\u00e9 byty cenov\u011b dosa\u017eiteln\u00e9. Nav\u00edc za \u00fadr\u017ebu t\u011bchto park\u016f, n\u00e1m\u011bst\u00ed,<br \/>d\u011btsk\u00fdch h\u0159i\u0161\u0165, sportovn\u00edho stadionu, ale ani \u0161kolky \u010di&nbsp;\u0161koly neplat\u00ed m\u011bsto ani jedinou korunu. V\u011bt\u0161ina slu\u017eeb je toti\u017e hrazena z&nbsp;poplatk\u016f za slu\u017eby kancel\u00e1\u0159sk\u00fdch n\u00e1jemc\u016f, kte\u0159\u00ed p\u0159irozen\u011b ch\u00e1pou prov\u00e1zanost mezi pohodou ve sv\u00e9 budov\u011b a&nbsp;mimo ni vytv\u00e1\u0159ej\u00edc\u00ed p\u0159idanou hodnotu.
