Zejm\u00e9na d\u00edky \u010dinnosti soukrom\u00e9ho sektoru \u010cR 30 let po&nbsp;revoluci doposud nezkrachovala.<\/p>\n<p>EKONOMICK\u00c9 PROST\u0158ED\u00cd<br \/>V\u0161ichni k\u00a0 tomu kompetentn\u00ed st\u00e1tn\u00ed a&nbsp;komun\u00e1ln\u00ed politici a&nbsp;\u00fa\u0159edn\u00edci nesou z\u00a0ekonomick\u00e9ho hlediska <br \/>svoji z\u00e1sadn\u00ed odpov\u011bdnost v\u016f\u010di soukrom\u00e9mu sektoru, proto\u017ee pouze d\u00edky jeho ekonomick\u00e9 \u010dinnosti mohou zaji\u0161\u0165ovat funk\u010dnost v\u0161ech ve\u0159ejn\u011b pot\u0159ebn\u00fdch slu\u017eeb a&nbsp;zaji\u0161\u0165ovat, d\u00edky finan\u010dn\u00edm prost\u0159edk\u016fm soukrom\u00e9ho sektoru, tak\u00e9 soci\u00e1ln\u00ed sm\u00edr ve spole\u010dnosti.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>PRACOVN\u00cd TRH A&nbsp;HOSPOD\u00c1\u0158SK\u00c1 POLITIKA<br \/>Pracovn\u00ed trh \u010cR trp\u00ed naprost\u00fdm nedostatkem pracovn\u00ed s\u00edly. Fat\u00e1ln\u00ed situace panuje p\u0159edev\u0161\u00edm v\u00a0\u0159emesln\u00fdch oborech nap\u0159\u00ed\u010d cel\u00fdm hospod\u00e1\u0159stv\u00edm. Po&nbsp;revoluci do\u0161lo jednak k\u00a0 rozkladu u\u010d\u0148ovsk\u00e9ho \u0161kolstv\u00ed, nezodpov\u011bdn\u00e9mu sn\u00ed\u017een\u00ed spole\u010densk\u00e9ho kreditu \u0159emesln\u00edk\u016f, stejn\u011b jako <br \/>k\u00a0 naprosto nedostate\u010dn\u00e9 podpo\u0159e p\u0159\u00edchodu cel\u00fdch rodin z\u00a0kulturn\u011b sp\u0159\u00edzn\u011bn\u00e9ho prost\u0159ed\u00ed (nap\u0159.&nbsp;v\u00a0\u010cR pracuje pouze cca 100\u00a0000 pracovn\u00edk\u016f z\u00a0Ukrajiny, ale v\u00a0Polsku 1\u00a0300\u00a0000!), kter\u00e9 by na pracovn\u00edm trhu zacelovaly mezery v\u00a0profes\u00edch, kter\u00e9 \u010ce\u0161i necht\u011bj\u00ed vykon\u00e1vat a&nbsp;kter\u00e9 p\u0159itom jsou pro funk\u010dnost soukrom\u00e9ho sektoru a\u00a0 cel\u00e9 republiky naprosto kl\u00ed\u010dov\u00e9 (statisticky je dne\u0161n\u00ed situace logick\u00fdm vy\u00fast\u011bn\u00edm cel\u00e9 porevolu\u010dn\u00ed politiky a&nbsp;odpov\u00edd\u00e1 \u00favah\u00e1m jednoduch\u00e9 matematiky).<\/p>\n<p>DOPRAVN\u00cd INFRASTRUKTURA<br \/>Chyb\u00ed dlouhodob\u00e1 koncepce rozvoje d\u00e1lni\u010dn\u00ed a\u00a0\u017eelezni\u010dn\u00ed s\u00edt\u011b na \u00farovni \u010cesk\u00e9 republiky a\u00a0metra <br \/>v\u00a0Praze. Vych\u00e1z\u00ed se z\u00a0koncepc\u00ed maj\u00edc\u00edch p\u016fvod v\u00a070.\u00a0letech minul\u00e9ho stolet\u00ed a&nbsp;je nutn\u00e9 p\u0159edlo\u017eit novou vizi (resp. pracovat na n\u00ed) v\u00a0kontextu o\u010dek\u00e1van\u00fdch v\u00fdzev a&nbsp;spole\u010densk\u00e9 popt\u00e1vky pro\u00a0n\u00e1sleduj\u00edc\u00ed dek\u00e1dy.<\/p>\n<p>BYTOV\u00c1 POLITIKA A&nbsp;CENA BYDLEN\u00cd<br \/>Podle studie Magistr\u00e1tu hlavn\u00edho m\u011bsta Prahy by se v\u00a0Praze m\u011blo stav\u011bt alespo\u0148 13 tis\u00edc byt\u016f ro\u010dn\u011b, aby se v\u00a0\u010dasov\u00e9m horizontu 20 let mohla srovnat popt\u00e1vka a&nbsp;nab\u00eddka byt\u016f na pra\u017esk\u00e9m trhu.
