Odesláním tohoto vyplněného formuláře níže uvedený zhotovitel/dodavatel prohlašuje, že se seznámil s textem Etického kodexu pro dodavatele, který byl přijat pro společnosti koncernu PASSERINVEST a je dostupný v dokumentech ke stažení na webových stránkách společnosti (www.passerinvest.cz/esg), a že jednání níže uvedeného zhotovitele/dodavatele při provádění děl/dodávek pro společnosti koncernu PASSERINVEST je a bude v souladu s ustanoveními takového kodexu. Níže uvedený zhotovitel/dodavatel bere na vědomí, že znění Etického kodexu pro dodavatele může v budoucnu podléhat změnám, které budou rovněž zveřejněny ve výše uvedené webové adrese.
By submitting this completed form, the undersigned contractor/supplier confirms that they have become acquainted with the Supplier Code of Conduct adopted by the PASSERINVEST Group companies, available for download at the company´s website (www.passerinvest.cz/esg), and that their conduct in the execution of works/deliveries for the PASSERINVEST Group companies complies, and will continue to comply, with the provisions of the Supplier Code of Conduct. The contractor/supplier listed below acknowledges that the Supplier Code of Conduct may be subject to future updates, which will also be published on the above-mentioned website.
